Binding offtake contract is still to come in '19. You never know, looks like KDR aren't able to disclose the details and an up front payment may still be on the cards.
Note what happened to Glencore with GEMs "binding" cobalt contract torn up last Friday. At least here we don't have offtakes with Chinese companies where contracts are only binding for one side.
The quality of KDRs offtake parties might make a more reasonable loan interest rate a possibility.
