pfff...can some one please explain what "arms length terms" means? also interested to see more confidential terms. wondering if anyone can give some insight into how they structured the PFS on a hydroxide price of $15k without disclosing how much they are selling 75% of it for? my conclusion is That they are selling their 75% at some discount to guarantee income to secure funding while trying to make up the deficit with the 25% being sold into and undersupplied market in 2025. does this sound feasible or am I off into woo woo?
