Well,perhaps a takeover will occur at some time but all companies are subject to that but when I look at KDR,I see a few things which I like,mainly the prospect of little or no dilution of shares which is the curse of the industry,if you look at the latest announcement,you can see they are getting close to a debt announcement and I think it will be at a very good interest rate.Over the period I have tried to buy into a the odd company but keep coming back to KDR,it just ticks all the boxes,long life/demand/safe jurisdiction/no dilution/material not deep/pay back 3 years great JV with experience.I read the other day a stock broker commented he liked KDR but it had a risk,well all I can say is I will take the risk factor all day and night compared with other hot shot companies out there!!!!
