Price action has been a good leading indicator. The biggest piece of the jigsaw to fall now is the project finance. Can I suggest, despite some of the incessant inflaming and criticism, that this is a done deal. If you look at all the recent announcements and who is now on board one should just step back and see dispassionately what's happening here. If there is decent px support next few weeks then I'd also suggest that it's imminent and then it rund pretty hard (42c should be 1st stop).
