Can you elaborate on what you mean by the price action being a lead indicator?
More importantly, a lead indicator of what?

NTU is yet to secure project financing. The finance provided by Jien Mining will be used for exploration work and engineering design, as was highlighted in the Q2 2015 activities report.

Considering that NTU LOM is currently sitting at 7-8 years with an ore head grade of 0.8%, NTU will need to do a considerable amount of exploration work to improve those figures. A few posters have been suggesting this needs to happen before anyone would be willing to provide project finance and it appears they were correct.

Also taking into account that NTU now intend to discard most Y out of the mix, pilot plant tests and changing the current engineering design to suit will not be cheap. The market has already factored in the Jien Mining funding into the SP IMO. In suggesting that, should their be any delays or issues with the funding transaction, it will have a huge negative effect on the SP IMO.

Due to the current depressed prices and low demand for Dy and Tb, with no end in site, I doubt their is really anything to get excited about ATM.
The Y discard is possibly one of the most positive announcements to date, but considering that it's an admission by the company that their original business plan was not viable, doubt it will be a catalyst for positive SP action. Again, a few posters here have pointed out that the companies business model of producing and selling a Y rich 53% concentrate was not viable. It appears they were correct about that also.

Its one thing to post consistently negative posts on a forum without basis, its entirely different when those negative posts are proven to be correct. Certainly needs to be some balance to the discussions on this forum otherwise all you would have is biased comments by overly positive LT SH.
For example one posters suggestion that the SP could run up to 42c when the Jien Mining funding approval is announced.
Seriously? Why 42c? What's the basis for such a claim?

BTW, what's taking the PRC so long to approve the funding transaction? Surely its a done deal and simply a matter of crossing the T's and dotting the I's.
Not entirely sure why Jien Mining would need the PRC approval anyway. Does anyone here know?
