LG said they wanted 10k, SG said (as I remember) we can double production, so 12k.
Samsung want up to 6k so anywhere between 10k and 16k, but possibly with capacity for 18k.
I'm guessing, as it'll all be pinned down by other factors at the FS stage, hence the 1 year timeframe.
