That's probably why you don't hold??
Personally, I think a lot of the time they probably are worthless. But other times they are a good indication that a company has something that another wants to get involved in once they tick a couple more boxes. Which could lead to great returns for shareholders.
I think this could be one of those cases.
That's why I hold.
