Yes, fantastic work on progressing the company but I still can't get my head around that raising.
I have a funny feeling it may some how have been in response to the failure of the share price to reach a level where the previous options were in the money (they expired worthless). Would love to see the list of beneficiaries of both for comparison. I have another theory about that as well but I won't post it here.
But anyway enough of the conspiracy theories. That is all behind us now. And note - this was before the current CEO, Stephen Grocott came on board. We have some good people on the team but as shareholders we need to keep a close eye on the management of the capital side of the house to try to avoid this type of thing.
As you say maybe we could do with someone on the team who is renowned for smart dealings for all shareholders in the financial management side of things?
