Should this MOU result in funding before raising further capital to keep the company afloat in the short term - what sort of Marketcap/share price do people expect this to jump to?

One can only assume upon such news JP will take advantage of a higher share price to raise the remaining capital to execute stage 1 (around the 30mil mark) causing further dilution. I feel this has been hyped up for when/if funding gets approved but I imagine we will still require sentiment across the sector to improve for confirmation of funding to affect the share price as much as some posters on this page expect.
