I can't seem to find anything of substance on the counterparty, 'Chengdu Chemphys'.
At best there's a few websites, one of which classifies them as 'Revenue <$5M' and another as 'Revenue $11M to $100M'. Their own website is very limited. They claim they are "currently a long-term supplier of many Fortune 500 companies" however aside from Galan the only other agreement I've found is a November 2017 offtake with Lithium South that doesn't look like it proceeded (https://www.lithiumsouth.com/posts/nrg-completes-agreements-with-chemphys-for-strategic-alliance-raises-a-total-of-cad1215000-by-private-placement/). All a bit odd to me?
