What will be a good outcome with respect the coming offtake agreements?

how many parties? Is more better?

what markets? Is North America preferred?

what price? Was the price adopted in the dfs too light or too high?

what period? Is a long offtake agreement better, or would that close out any access growth in pricing?

what amount? Is say 50% of annual production enough or too much?

is it better to have multiple parties finance construction, or should that be contained to a single partner?

understanding what to expect from the next announcement.
