Ann: Offtake Process to commence for Salinas Lithium Project, page-39

My thoughts and answers:
1. Good outcome is a loan for phase 1 of construction - not sure on the interest rate. I think at this share price we would not want to issue shares to give the partner a strategic ownership but if we can get back to 40c perhaps this could be part of the deal.
2. One party for mine.
3. North America yes, lower shipping and seems to be the preference, if not this South America even in Brazil.
4. Price to be linked to spot prices to allow for upside here - I am not sure how this all works though if it is fixed for a couple years then reviewed?
5. Not sure here as I want a spot price linked scenario but 5 years maybe as a term? Possibly longer?
6. Happy to be higher or 100% if they want it then we know we can sell it!
7. I think single offtake partner but if we need finance from a bank explore this but try not to give shares away especially cheaply, either to the general market or an offtake partner.
