well, we hope so - it depends if the top 20 go along with the independent report.
Here's my problem with it.
Even if mark to market fair price of 30m at 8.5c !! (no big surprise that we are trading at that level) , is recommended by the board.
It is not fair use of 357m shares.
Fair use of 357 m shares is to complete our dilution, once and for all to fund Ancuabe into production at 20c.
That is not something you are going to read in the Independent report, which will have its head, completely up the lithiums backside. And look no further into the overall dynamic of what is "shareholder value"
Shareholder value is what will protect to increase the EPS, by limit of dilution, not exacerbation of it.
Top 20 may just toe the corporate line. Is where my fear is.
