Good post. Should consider posting this on a new thread so that this does not get lost and escape the eyes of the management to reinforce the ground swell of discontent.
I contacted TON's office last week regarding negative issues raised on HC by some SHs and if management want to comment on it and my message was acknowledged (seems to confirmed they do read and are aware of the going ons in HC) to be forwarded to PC to revert back as he was not in the office.
Still waiting for return call but since then the term sheet anns have came out. While it may not be unusual for term sheet ann prior to binding off takes but does it indicate PC is buying time? Not saying all our postings and noises confirms if anything can be changed but it does have strong bearings on the management as they are well aware of the massive negative sentiments in HC. Keep up the pressure!
