I have never bothered to vote before but if it comes to the crunch, this issue is serious enough for me to have my vote counted. The management is well aware we "minorities" shareholders constitute over 50% of the company. And save to say not all the Top 20 will go along with the WGX option.

Giving away 31.7% equity @ 8.5 cents SP for an unproven tenement and total lack of option terms is simply untenable no matter how one look at it. The lure of royalties? Come on, how much will it be and doubtful it will even lend much to contribute to get us mining be it lithium or graphite.
