    If the 'potential royalties' aren't guaranteed to exceed the income stream for Ancuabe and deliver in the same time period then what the hell are we even talking about. Giving away 31.7% equity when you're sitting on an income stream (Ancuabe) due to come online in 18 months is farcical.
