WGX have said their 'intention' is to pass TON shares onto their shareholders.
Not too much stopping them dumping 30 million shares on the market for 1-2 cents, scoop up the remaining 20% they need to control the company in the panic.
Yeah I know very unlikely but would be the heist of the century and all they needed to do was dump a chunk of free shares to get the price to between 1-2 cents, pick up 300 million in the panic and you control TON for $3-8 million dollars AND they get to keep their lithium.
