    Take or pay? I think not...too many like suppliers around the globe and in China today...would be interesting to see the particulars of the term sheet as I am sure there are escape clauses focusing on production start of TON within 18 months, if the product does qualify (end user qualifications and not processor qualifications), and with no take or pay provisions.
