Im a bit confused as to how much we need to pay LN to get them to bugger off.

Given the low cash position it seems to be material thus i cant fathom why it isnt disclosed.

It means the in-specie distribution funds have shrunk so PRH shareholders will get smaller return, but how much smaller.

At least it clears the cupboard of all the spiders so a new entrant can come in knowing there isnt any rot.

It will be a chockablock quarterly...no doubt.
