From memory the largest shareholder is Jabiru (IGO) at 5.9% and the Top 20 hold less than 40% so can't see any problems getting this one through
What would be really interesting is exactly how a dissident 10% or so minority would propose developing the assets, that incidentally would require funding in the order of approx 10 times the current market cap, not to mention the skills and expertise required to get a mining operation up and running
