Yes totally understand that SBL........the whole affair has always been constructed to put a gun to the head of long suffering PRH shareholders.

Just means that if and when there is an alternative proposal forthcoming from backers (backgound noise on this is very quiet at the moment) then they will have to settle with LN metals independently. Don't be surprised if they have already had "fruitful" discussions with LN on this already.
