Any "backers" considering an alternative proposal are effectively locked out of any negotiations, that with LN included

Confidentiality provisions would also prevent LN from divulging information regarding the Offtake Agreement to any prospective third parties. Any rival bid would therefore be made "blindly" (boards aren't that stupid)

Seems like you're all hanging out for a "white knight" when in fact there's one standing right before your eyes, with a river full of cash ready to advance the stalled projects
