02/03 - term sheet executed
march 22 - CXO SP goes from 0.76c to 1.54
now that deal has amounted to nothing but CXO probably wont drop much and regain all that loss fairly quickly
so all you have to do is be in negotiations with a big name EOM for a huge SP boost, dont nessesarily have to actually sign on with them
