great announcement, really! management is selfconfident and knows what's the best for the shareholders ... Tesla will and has to buy our Spod anyway, directly from us or from someone else (like Gangfeng CATL BYD ...), but for a higher price!
now the recent CR looks as a very smart move, with the extra money we are not under pressure but Tesla & Co are.
