Only reason 20 Tesla staff turned up is if they thought CXO is likely were going to sign.
Hard to say 20 were "all" VIP's.... likely one Supply Chain big wig, a VP, few procurement officers and the rest were just support staff.
Nevertheless it would have been a shit show and burning bridges moment if Tesla entourage did not situation before arrival "a decent chance it wont happen"
