I respect your informed commentary. I suspect, however, that 2nd hand vehicles which are necessary in regional, remote and desert regions will command a premium. Until solar panels can be (realistically and effectively) incorporated into offroad vehicles turbo diesels will maintain their value. The Darwin to Adelaide solar car race has been going for 30 years yet the technology is not ready for mass produced vehicles. Only the future will tell. Cheers Keith
