What an extremely disappointing announcement by CXO. Disappointing because the Tesla deal could not be agreed on, but made much worse by the absence of reasons for the deal not proceeding, and any news on the hydroxide plant. Does management really think they can get away with keeping investors in the dark, and trying to cover over the cracks with information we are already aware of. Hopefully this morning's (and yesterday's) price drop is only a short-term blip, but it is this sort of poor communication that lets investors down badly. The only people who benefit were yesterday's shorters, and they have done very well lately.
