I hope your analysis is correct but my gut feeling and read of the history of Cuadrilla and in particular AJL ways of dealing is that the Bowland shale is uneconomical and seismic proved and the Management/K knew it in 2018 but under the pretence of Government moratorium as an excuse. While the Government used private money to fund its academic interests in Bowland shale and set unworkable regulations to limit and ligit its moratorium under the prtext of unpredictable seismic.
