Ah so that elusive pen has been found in the President's office. It has taken some time but we have the FTAA in place as from 2019 so we have lost about 2 years of the 25 years of renewal. However they do have some 19 million tonnes of stockpile to work through while getting the mine operation back up and running. So there should be some income as they begin to get people back on the books.
Now no petty dictator in the provinces should try and stand in the way now. Theoretically it should be plain sailing from here on.
