The comments about the Philippines and Didipio appear to be very restrained in the circumstances. Certainly the point is made how Oceana Gold has been praised and given awards for its careful management and care of the environment on one hand and then had to contend with interference from a government agency on the other hand. I think a degree of frustration can be picked up in the comments.
