Serious warning for any mining company wanting to do business in Philippines. At least OGC is diversified with several mines and they are making serious financial and other contribution to Philippines and government which is spending like drunken sailor so they will be silly not to renew them.

I've read about other company in the same province where they had to go to court as well and people are standing in front of dozers etc ... Pretty nuts for a country where so many people leave in poverty and every job counts. For every person employed there are 10 that benefit.
