Rather a huge over reaction in my humble opinion. This is not the first time that OGC has had to battle on with a threat to their continued operation. If I remember correctly they had a similar issues the last time their mining licence came up for renewal. Seems to be par for the course.
Maybe as someone has suggested it is a matter of making sure that plenty of brown paper bags are placed in the right places,
