Tampakan, which is significantly larger than Didipio and also has an FTAA, has been stalled indefinitely by an unlawful local govt ordinance. There's about a dozen unlawful local ordinances preventing mining activities about the country.

Duterte's oft stated default position is to uphold national legislation where mining is supported locally.
