    This is obviously a try on situation during a sensitive time for OGC.

    Some brown paper bags left by OGC in judicious places may be needed to get the right outcome.

    How much will it cost OGC to clear the impediments?

    KCN were recalcitrant in Thailand towards the prodding for gifts of alms, and paid through the loss of its mine - hopefully they will get compensated via FTA legal action.
