    This is a reasonable move. OGC is still capex heavy due to two major major mine development. And they need the money for sure. Martha needs to spin up asap.

    OGC already owns quite a lot of debt. This is a close to market price forward sale, now they get rid of the concern of potential funding issues. This might unleash many buying power from the side line watchers.
