As indicated - I contacted OGC re the referred to article in the Manila Standard and I received from them a swift and thorough response. It is worthwhile reading their letter referring to the report this article draws upon: https://spcommreports.ohchr.org/TMResultsBase/DownLoadFile?gId=34621
Interesting as well that the report (and OGC's answer) are written months earlier to the article in the Manila Standard, but the author of the article does not bother to mention OGC's responses, which are known to him as well as to the newspaper.
The article in the Manila Standard you are referring to is in my view either a sign of really bad (and lazy) journalism, or the author has a hidden agenda and more sinister reasons for publishing this article.
BTW - I was not always a fan of OGC's shareholder relations management, but in this case i think they did a great job!
