    Glad I stayed clear. Unfortunate the Philippine government have been making a lot of bad decisions and this one won't go away.

    As I mentioned on other posts, the market had not fully priced the news.

    I had a feeling funds were trying to pump to get out. Like the recommendation above that basically says "don't dump it below $3 until we can get out of it"
