They don't even put the company address anywhere on the announcement or on the company information to the left of the announcement.
Are they serious?? Looks like a Nigerian scam from a distance.... Send us money and you will be rich by investing in this diamond/graphite/oil company.... just don't try to visit us at our office.

Uuummmmm but you just reduced shareholders holding by 1:67 and 1:25 and now you say they can increase their holding.....
