Good news ! As anything genetically modified ( which we usually encounter in Oz being in the agricultural sector - Crops etc ) has to go through what can be a quite a protracted risk analysis before a license is given . Sometimes this can take years .
Fortunately with the genetically modifies c33 , and being administered under very strict clinical guidelines and parameters the risk factors of a rogue strain of virus causing economic mayhem look minimal
