    Ohayoo to localise and market it. It means cost to ICI next to nothing.

    15%-35% is like royalty payment from publisher. In line with industry practice for this kind of arrangement. This sort of arrangement increase ICI's return on capital deploy (assuming theres some revenue coming in). A preferred way to improve financial metric.
