Tend to agree but, the element of doubt on a shift in timelines, is if the hydroponics works out I think timeline for pilot won't change as those results would be final.

Certainly this announcement means commercial scale plant timeline would be pushed out IMO but don't know around the pilot plant. In fact this announcement IMO too me suggests the pilot plant will certainly be built, especially if hypdroponic results are good. How this impacts the timing of a JV partner - my gut feel is that it increases the potential of a JV partner getting onboard as the te tests are across a number of ag commodities, but might suggest timing of the JV entry, unless they enter in the pilot plant stage, will be pushed back.
