Communication between the board and the shareholders needs to be more transparent . Having a mistake like this could have been fixed easily and quickly . It leaves me with the impression no one is overseeing the project. If i had tests going on for a product i would be there every day i would double checking everything. The board needs to give a humane answer to this . and label the person in charge of the process. Honesty is the only way to gain shareholder confidence.
