Ahhhh Davey Boy, some hope amongst the rubble has emerged

I thought this was a little peculiar considering it hadn't been mentioned for some time other than trying to build business cases for grant applications:

A couple of things are concerning, (well more than a couple) as it is a continuation of their performance since they listed which has been a bug bear of mine for some time.

When did they actually know that the trials couldn't be used to validate their Bio-Stimulant oil (in this case)
Why did they continue with the trial once they knew?
Their absolute questionable reply to the ASX that nothing had changed with their OHD plans
They kept up the facade, that nothing had gone askew, so much for duty of disclosure
I'm sure the sophisticated investors will be impressed ........ (well the ones that haven't sold out yet)
Where is the copy of Marketing Study there were going to advise the market with
