I agree with you 100% - that's exactly what the market needs. No more alluding. Numbers and facts.
No more hot air being blown into glasshouses with their increased input costs. The naysayers offer an alternative point of view. It doesn't mean they're right, just like I'm probably not right.
But those of you that see it as a battle of sides, in my opinion, forgo the opportunity to protect or grow your investment in what you rightly say could be a massive opportunity.
