    Good morning all. In Australia, bok choy is sold by the bunch. In China and hong kong, it is sold by the weight. Keep in mind that Asians shop daily so taste and value for money is important.

    Also, I think bok choy is better than Australian cabbage due to size and taste.

    The bok choy trails has more to do with getting asian investors on board than anything else .
