You've got to feel for them (and me as an investor). They're doing a lot of the right things: lots of engagement, directors have put their own money towards last 2 CRs, this strategy of internal optimisation during a lull in potash sentiment to reduce costs. In another market (circa H1 2022) they would be being rewarded for this. Definitely worse management teams out there for sure.
