I hear you and I hope so too! I have an average only slightly under yours. My thesis never contemplated the BOD and management taking this all the way to development and operation of a mine. My target was seeing them manage their way through and PFS and a DFS to get a buyer or a partnership in place. I'm interpreting the current SP as an indication the market doesn't think they can execute on a take-out nor take this all the way themselves.
