IXR had a scoping study for its rare earth project in Uganda with a $321 Million NPV, and its market cap stay around 200mil to 300mil.. 600 million CAPEX is too much?? have a look at any lithium brine project, and most of them also target in production for 2025-26
SHP's market cap is a joke... It is a strategic investment, IMO. If European leaders or western resource giants do not pay attention to their local resources such as SHP and learn lessons from Russia, they will be f*ed again. Actually, they are!
