the general apathy towards timelines and opportunity creation only makes me think the current management team want to sit in a cushy role funded by the shareholder for the next 3-5 years.

Low ball take over offer likely but I’m not willing to gamble on it. If I were a major I’d let these clowns navigate the permit approvals and multiple raises and come back to them in a couple of years when they’re even more desperate. Would not surprise me if this management team knocked back a t/o offer at this stage.
