please do remember that FPL was AKK, if you check the ANN of AKK, they have ANN of oil discovery every few months when short of cash in back and SP is P& D like a roller coaster. finally they realized that the market knows the pattern of ANN and no one is willing to be cheated again, so changed the name to FPL to start new life....very nice and smart....
